Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Courtright Collective LLC (“Belnoda,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Belnoda application and website (the “Service”). Belnoda is operated by Courtright Collective LLC, Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to power the features you enable, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not train AI models on your business data.

Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account, Belnoda accesses Google user data through Google’s APIs, strictly to provide features you turn on:

How Google user data is stored and protected. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and Google user data processed by the Service is stored in isolated, account-scoped database rows accessible only to your account. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from within the Service or via your Google Account security settings; on disconnection we delete the associated tokens, and on account deletion we delete stored Google user data.

How Google user data is shared. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the features you enable (for example, our hosting and database providers acting on our behalf), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. Humans do not read this data except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Limited Use disclosure. Belnoda’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No AI/ML training. We do not use Google user data, including Google Workspace data, to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. AI features in the Service process your data solely to serve you the feature you requested.

SMS and text messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect and use your mobile phone number to send you account-related text messages (such as alerts, reminders, and notifications you select) and, where you enable it, to power features that send messages to your own customers on your behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information related to text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile data only with the messaging service providers (such as Twilio) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers listed below, each bound by contract to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

#H3# A note about the AI features

Belnoda is built on AI, so anything you put into an AI feature: a receipt photo, a client email, your books, a voicemail: is sent to Anthropic to produce the result you asked for. If there is information you would not want leaving your business, do not put it into those features.

Data storage and security

Your business data is stored in isolated, account-scoped database rows. We use industry- standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can access, update, or export your data from within the Service, disconnect any connected account at any time, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
