Here’s the actual deal
I’m Dillon. I built Belnoda so owner-operators could have a real back office before they can afford to hire one. You bring on the hires you need (an accountant, a secretary, a sales rep, the works), your AI CEO writes the daily plan once you’re on a plan that includes it, and underneath all of it is a real CRM keeping every lead, customer, and job in one place.
Here’s the thing about this round: the rate you lock doesn’t expire and it doesn’t step down. 50% off, for as long as you stay a customer. That is the whole offer, and it is the whole reason to come in now instead of later.
No seat cap. One rate.
I’m not limiting how many founding partners come in, and I’m not running a ladder of rates that steps up on you. While the round is open you lock one number and keep it. When it closes, new signups pay the standard price and you still pay yours.

What you’re getting
Whichever plan you pick, at your founding rate. The same product everybody after you pays full price for. You just locked a better number.
- Your pick of the 7 AI hires: Accountant, Sales Rep, Secretary, Marketer, Ops Manager, HR, and Concierge. Tier 2 bundles 2 of them, Tier 3 bundles all 7.
- An AI CEO that reads across every room you turn on and writes your daily plan, included from Tier 1 up.
- A real CRM. Every lead, customer, job, quote, and invoice in one timeline, with follow-ups that don't slip through the cracks. New customers can fill out their own contact card from a link you send, so you stop typing people in by hand.
- Bookkeeping and invoicing that mostly runs itself. Snap a receipt, it lands in your books.
- A client portal where your customers book time, check status, and sign.
- Automatic review requests the moment a job is done and paid, so your reputation builds on its own.
- Your whole back office in one place, instead of a browser with nineteen tabs open.
Full transparency
The only thing still in line for approval is Gmail sending, and that one’s on Google’s clock, not mine. Their security review takes a while (welcome to running a real business).
Here’s the good part. If you’re on Outlook, you can send email today, we’re already set up with Microsoft. Texting and missed-call text-back are live. So is your AI team, the CRM, bookkeeping, invoicing, the client portal where your customers book and sign, automatic review requests, and the calendar. Gmail just clicks into place the day Google signs off.
One more, so you hear it from me and not from a support ticket: taking card payments from your customers through the portal is not switched on yet. It turns on once Stripe payouts are connected for your account, and everything around it (quotes, invoices, signing) works today.
Straight answers
Is the founding rate really for as long as I stay?+
Yes. One rate, no step down, no snap back. Stay a customer and you keep it. Cancel and come back down the road and you're on whatever's current, so the move is to just stay.
Can I pay six months or a year up front?+
The founding plans bill monthly today, so there's no prepay button on the checkout yet. If paying a term up front matters to you, email me and we'll sort it out by hand; it genuinely helps me while Gmail finishes getting approved. Either way your founding rate is the same rate.
Is there a free trial?+
Your first subscription starts with 7 days free, and you can cancel before the first charge and pay nothing. The trial is for a first subscription only: if you have subscribed before, your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Whatever you pay after that is your founding rate.
What happens when the founding round closes?+
New signups go to standard pricing. You keep yours. That's the founding part, and it's the whole reason to come in now instead of later.
Do I actually have to give feedback?+
I'd love it, and honestly it's the point. A monthly check-in or a two-minute survey. The partners who talk to me are the ones who end up shaping the product.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Moving up or down as your team grows or shrinks is a message to me while the founding round is on, and your founding discount rides along with you either way. Self-serve plan changes land shortly after launch.
Come build with me early
I’m building this from Nashville, mostly after the kids are down for the night. If you’re the kind of owner who keeps saying “I should really automate that” and never quite gets to it, this is your cheap, early way in. Lock your rate, and I’ll take care of you.
Best, Dillon
